Purpose and Scope
The Coordinator, National Associations is responsible to liaison with National Associations (NA) and to provide support materials and information for each country as well in monitoring the progress toward ministry goals. This includes coordinating the training of Executive Directors and other National Association staff at International Headquarters. The successful Coordinator will strike a balance by combining technical skills with communication skills to drive best practices while continuously improving National Associations with integrity for the needs of the division and the membership within the organization.
Essential Job Functions
Foster relationships to expand and improve the information flow to and from National Associations
Analyze current practices for relevance, simplicity and impact and recommend improvements
Manage the National Associations Intranet page and accompanying country pages to insure effective communication and collaboration
Manage interpreters for international convention, conferences, and international cabinet meetings
Coordinate the development and updating of National Association Convention Binder material as well as processing all reports following conventions
Represent National Associations in Cash Flow Meetings as required for reporting and receiving information related to supported national associations Scripture inventories, orders, and projections.

Other Essential Functions
Provide administrative support to the Manger National Associations
Coordinate with Finance to update fiscal year goals through national executive directors
Liaison with Member Engagement and Services to manage relevant and timely manner of material availability and Intranet postings
Ensure collaboration/interface of National Associations Division with all other departments, to include mindfulness of National Associations and a global prospective
Work with National Associations Manager in reviewing NA fiscal year goals
Work With National Associations Manager in the NA budget development
Participate in daily morning staff devotions; on a rotating basis serve by praying and reading Scripture in support of devotion leader

Works Closely With: Director, Ministry Governance and Operations, Sr. International Representative, National Associations, Executive Directors, International Countries Division, Headquarters Staff, key dignitaries
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Training & Development
Non-physical
Follow verbal and written instructions
Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills while being detail oriented
Proven ability to keep a big picture perspective, while dealing with very detailed information
Ability to use PC and widely-used software applications, especially Microsoft Office applications
Ability to learn new software applications as necessary
Ability to provide strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally internally and externally as necessary

Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of Administrative experience
PC experience, especially in Microsoft Office applications
Successful completion of a drug and background screen
