The USA Field Manager reports to the senior manager and will develop relational connections within each state association, inspiring the members to fulfill their calling while leading each state in their achievement of Vision 2020 and beyond. They must be capable of engaging, developing and growing our membership in order to build church relationships and achieve the established receipts, placements and membership metrics. They achieve results through leadership training and the delivery of engaging and memorable presentations, increasing the effectiveness of our camps and ministry, by equipping camps to engage churches. This position travels approximately 50% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications

Gideon member with leadership responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5 – 7 years of Communication, Training or Sales experience
Successful completion of a background screen
